Several items dumped in middle of Avenal Ave. between Havenscourt Blvd. and 67th Ave. Impeding traffic because half of the street is blocked. Dumped items include 2 mattresses, boxes a shopping cart filled with debris, broken furniture, boxes and broken large plastic containers, etc.
