Description

Home owner of this redidence 7438 Weld Street, Oakland is using orange cones to reserve parking space in front of her house and other neighbors house. The blocking of the street with orange cones and construction stand sings can be a hazard for the tracking flow on that street, which is already a one side parking only and it is being used as double park.
This lady has already lots of cars park inside her property and still wants to reserve more on the street. Taking parking away from other neighbors.
