Opis

The curbing located in front of my property has moved (sections) and is now causing a hazard to cars. I know of three vehicles that have had tires "blown" by striking these concrete pieces. I'm not sure what has caused this movement (snow plows or just time) but they are a real hazard to vehicles. There is a water drain system between the two sections FYI.
