I had this issue in the past in my neighborhood and asked if I could trim back lower branches myself. I was informed I could so I have been doing that in my neighborhood (Many Mile Mews & White Spring) while walking my dog. If it only a simple snip, I can do it for you.

Thank you, Greg J! I also have two more concerns in my neighborhood. As a lifelong and daily walker, I noted this morning that a sycamore tree on Vollmerhausen Road (right between the crescents of Vollmerhausen Drive and close to the cross street Dragonclaw), is rotting from the inside and is completely exposed. I would say that the trunk is about a third gone from the base and about four feet up from the root level. It sure looks like it's an accident waiting for the next wind storm. When it drops, it will definitely land on Vollmerhausen Road, which is a well-traveled through road. My next concern is located at the intersections of Lumberjack Row and Windbeat and Red Rain Path where there was a repair for a water main break a few weeks ago. Ever since the repair, the road has been sinking. Every time I walk by, it looks like the macadam they used to repair it keeps caving in and there are new cracks and dips in the road that I have never seen before. I am really concerned that the repair wasn't done correctly and that a true sinkhole might be developing. I would appreciate any new inspections/eyeballs you could add to check on the above two issues. Thank you. Eileen - It is probably a good idea to submit new tickets for these two extra (and significant) concerns. I'm just another user of this seeclickfix thing like you, but in my experience with ticket-based Help Desk systems, each issue should get its own ticket. Thanks for noticing and bringing these issue up!
