  I totally agree, it was bad last year, it's much worse now. We live very near and can hear people yelling, arguing and swearing. There's always people smoking weed and we've found pill containers nearby. There's trash, old tents and more.
  The poster is correct, a concrete barrier would at least stop the cars getting down there, a cop taking a stroll down would be helpful perhaps?

  Thanks folks. DPW was unaware of potentially nefarious activity taking place at that location. The gravel access path to the River off this bikepath was constructed as part of a Water Resources construction project in 2004. DPW will install concrete barriers at the edge of bikepath to block access to vehicular traffic down this gravel path.
  Parks is responsible for the bikepath, so any signage along it prohibiting parking will have to be handled by them.

  Thank you, hoping you can take prompt action. There's currently quite the setup down there - a huge grill plus all kinds of other stuff. The other side of the river at the fishing access is very sketchy too - people hang out on cars to drink etc etc during the day.
