    At the corner of Bale Dale Road and Broadneck there is a very strong odor of sewage. There is nothing visible but at times the smell is unbearable. I am not sure if an underground pipe is broken but the odor is right next to the day care.

    Think ya’ll need to check your meter then again cause there is no way we used 11k gallons of water and I’m assuming like everything else now days this is a meter we can’t see and or read, it’s all wireless with no analog readings.
