Charles Ave just East of Lexington (directly next to 540 Lexington Pkwy N) needs a replow as residents didn't move vehicles until this evening.

Eastbound Franklin, left turn arrow to turn onto Cedar is NOT timed correctly. This turn arrow is extremely short, only lets 2-3 cars through, assuming the intersection isn't blocked with traffic from northbound Cedar. Traffic is routinely backed up to the 17th Ave light, oftentimes to Bloomington light during rush hour. A large % of cars are turning left at this intersection to get to I94, so makes no sense that it is so short. The traffic back up is encouraging other cars to drive around it in the bike lane--thus creating an unofficial lane. Dangerous mess.

A mattress box spring was illegally dumped in the shared alley behind the East side of Lexington and the north side of Charles. This has been moved to accommodate traffic and is propped up behind 550-554 Lexington.

Eastbound Franklin green turn arrow for a left turn onto Cedar is very short, only 1 to 2 cars getting through, causing a huge backup.

curb cuts have not been shoveled and they are impassable. also, they've used a snow blower to blow their driveway snow into the street, long after the plows have come through.

Someone has zip tied a "permit only parking" street sign to the right turn only sign on westbound Charles at Lexington. This is approximately adjacent to 546 Lexington for spatial reference. We are not a permit parking street.

This vehicle has been sitting like this for a couple of weeks.

the traffic signal for east bound Franklin is twisted and as such the left turn signal light is not visible and is causing a traffic jam.

This van has been on the street in front of 1083 Charles for more than 2 weeks, and doesn't belong to any neighbors.

Also, currently there is a no parking restriction on that block of Charles for tree work.

Both of the walk signs on the southwest corner of the Franklin/Bloomington intersection are pointing in the same direction. One needs to be adjusted to its proper position.

Couch and box spring dumped on Boulevard by renters moving out. Have been there since the 1st of the month.

The turn arrow signal on the southwest corner of the University/Lexington intersection (in front of White Castle ) has been turned so that it is facing traffic on Lexington, and isn't visible from the University turn lane.
