    Left turn land from university to Lexington is only lasting approximately 5 seconds despite traffic being backed up for several blocks (not an estimation, I timed it). It took 5 light cycles to get from the back of the turn lane through the light. No train during this time, so didn't seem to be because of train preemption, not that the train seems to get the priority at this signal.

I am assuming, based off of the frequency of violations, that they think they are exempt from following the law. I would like to see some enforcement regarding this issue as it is a very dangerous situation for bikers due to the high amount of traffic.

    Most mornings I see large trucks parked in the bike lane on 26th st. FedEx, Stericycle, Iron Mountain, private vehicles with flashers on. The photo shows an example from this morning at approximately 8:50am.

    Every day as I leave work, I see vehicles parked illegally in the no parking from 3-6 zone. This is causing more traffic issues in this area. The photo was taken on 03/02/2016 at approximately 4:10. There are two cars visible and there was one more behind me.

    Sidewalks in front of the White Castle haven't been cleared at all, just trampled down by pedestrians. Very snowy and icy. Also, none of the curb cuts have been cleared on any of the four corners at University and Lexington, so it is very difficult to walk through and would literally be impossible for anyone in a wheelchair.
