The level of the road at Shaw and Dundas doesn't let rain and snow drain to the sewers. The drain is further up street so huge pools and freezing occurs right outside the community housing building.
In heavy rain cars are forced to reverse back up the street as the pooling is impassable.

Pooled stagnant water in harbour square Park. Issue has been there for 2 weeks. Likely a pipe leak.
