Parking signs and roadway marking are confusing and missing. Should have signs on both ends of no parking zone stating no parking in between signs. Also should have a solid painted curb indicating no parking zone. Signs missing on the south end and unable to enforce any violations. Resident called in violation ref report 24-5062.

When leaving the new Cooper’s Hawk restaurant on Randall Rd wanting to go West on Corporate Drive I’ve sat through 3 lights and never got the green light. The 2 left turn lanes to go South on Randall get the green arrows. Next should be the green light to go straight across Randall but it doesn’t come on. The right turn lane arrow then comes on. I’ve had to quickly change lane to make the right turn onto Randall then left turn into Algonquin Commons to cut back through to get to Corporate Dr. This happened today 4/29 and back on 4/09. Is this your responsibility or the state?
Something is definitely wrong when a car waiting through 3 lights doesn’t get the green. Does more than one car have to be in the west bound lane to get the green light to proceed west across Randall? There is no problem getting the green light on Corporate Dr. to cross to the east side of Randall Rd. to go to Cooper’s Hawk or Portillo’s.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone would look

Yet again person is blocking the entire sidewalk with their trailer. This is an ADA issue.

There is a large hole next to the drain outside the northeast corner of the tennis court.

Commercial trucks and vans are parked overnight on the street by residents. Why is street parking allowed on narrow streets especially when the trucks don't fit on the driveways or in garages?

This vehicle has been parked here all week. Work is not being done here. WI plates. It is an eyesore and I don't believe they live or are working on anything here. Our street is being used as a parking lot for someone that's left this vehicle for at least a week. Not the first time.

The barking dog at 538 summit is becoming unbearable. Starting around 8pm every night they let the dog out and the dog barks continuously for atleast 20min, they then let the dog back in and within 30min the dog is out barking again. Dogs bark, we get that, but this dog is left to bark and they don't ever try to correct the behavior. It often goes on well past 10-11pm and sometimes even as early as 5:45am.
Now that it's spring, we can't even try to have our windows open, as the dog is so disruptive. The dog appears to be a female golden retriever
