My grandson will be mowing this yard today.

It would have been better to wait until Monday and report if still not mowed like when most people mow their lawns. The village does not drive around and look for this infraction, it is reported by neighbors who hide behind being anonymous - now the village will have to send a code inspector out for verification in a village vehicle wasting resources and tax payer funds because if they get there today they will send a letter on Monday giving 10 days to rectify (it will be mowed by then)or come by on Monday and it will have been already taken care of.
