This fence was put up very quickly, and likely without permit. Requirements say: Styles, materials, and dimensions of the proposed fence shall be compatible with the context of the neighborhood and the use of the property.Since there are 3000 feet of nice metal fence right next to it, I think they got the context wrong.
I submitted this previously. It was assigned to zoning - then closed without any comment or resolution.

This horrible fence was necessary to keep the drug use off the property, but it went up real fast, and probably not with a permit. Zoning states: Styles, materials, and dimensions of the proposed fence shall be compatible with the context of the neighborhood and the use of the property.
The 300 yard contextual fence next door is a clue that there was no permit.
