I live in the block. This house has become an issue ever since these tenants moved in. They were parting loud Saturday night too

I was quite surprised i could hear the screaming, driving by with the windows up. These tenants have no respect for us who live here.

It’s an issue with a lot of the undergrad renters.

the landlord is a psychologist who specializes in stress. It would be a hoot if people called him and asked him to treat the stress caused by his tenants and the constant noise

Another irresponsible scum landlord renting his property to animals.

actually @anonymous see click fix user - instead of making comments do some homework. It turns out that the owner is violation of Albany city code in that he let his Rental Occupancy permit expire and has been reported to the building and codes department (separately) who will be setting up an appointment to visit the property and see if it's in compliance and to pay the permit fee. While this will not have him get rid of his tenants perhaps he will realize that his loud tenants were in a way responsible for the city to find out about this.

To Leslie, my apologies. I misinterpreted your first comment. I thought you were defending the irresponsible landlord. I remember when Matt owned that property and he was a good guy. Since selling it to an out of the area company, it has been a nuisance on our block. This block use to be very nice 20 years ago, and it has deteriored.

The whole area has deterioriated due to lack of enforcement and accountability.

In instance like this call APD Center Station. This address is within an area they cover and will enforce noise ordinance that is 24/7.

the out of town company is a single person who owns it in an LLC not individually and is in private practice in Somers NY
