I'm reporting excessive noise from the snow removal crew at 3:30 in the morning. This is the second night in a row that my family has been woken up by large machinery with annoying loud beepers right outside our windows. Like the majority of people, we usually sleep at 3am so we can get up to our jobs. If you need to remove snow, can't you pick a different corner to load up the dump trucks each night? Share the noise with other residents of New Haven. This is ridiculous.
