Thank you for reporting the issue. The lights on Audobon are on a calculated flat rate per month (Ui Rate U), meaning that there is no direct measurement of their consumption. Each light is individually controlled by a photocell which detects ambient light and turns the light on and off. Cloudy days, older lights, dirt, and building shadows can fool the photocells into turning on during the day. This has no impact on the calculated rate.
That being said, I will go check the Audobon lights to ensure proper operation of the photocells.
The ornamental displays are not the responsibility of the streetlighting division. I believe Town Green may be responsible, but I am not 100% sure if that includes on Audobon St.

We are delineating Street Lamp issues that are current and need the city's attention to resolve. Any issues prior to Dec 31, 2015 are being closed. If your Street Lamp issue still needs to be addressed, please create a new issue by selecting the Street Lamp service request in SeeClickFix. Providing a pole number and/or a more precise location is important. Once your issue is submitted, the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department will acknowledge the issue and create a maintenance/repair work order.
