No, someone did NOT go up and down the street with a snowblower. I just looked and the sidewalk in front of 216 Dwight doesn't look any different than the picture above. 3 inches of hard packed snow does NOT constitute snow removal! WHO IS PLAYING GAMES HERE!!!

Yes they did, I saw/heard them do it.
Perhaps given there were two storms worth of snow in front of 216 the blower couldn't get all the way down to the sidewalk. But it indeed cleared a path.

The "path" is packed snow and ice which needs to cleared to the PAVEMENT in order to be able to walk on the sidewalk without slipping. Did I really have to explain that?

Problem melted. You're lucky for now.
