Street lights in the City are maintained by Duke Energy- Progress. We have reported this issue to them. You can expect that the repairs will be made within 1-3 weeks. You can also notify Progress Energy directly in case of a streetlight outage:

They have dug up road, sidewalk, and several yards in an attempt to address this light apparently.
They have added other lights in the area, almost overnight compared to this.
I just want the importance of this light to be known. It is at an intersection that can be dangerous for pedestrians and motorists as it is a turnoff from a heavily used roadway. When it is dark on this corner extra caution is needed to proceed. And without this light there seems to be a tendency for loitering to be increased, that increases the danger for motorists to turn onto the smaller road.

other lights in the area have been repaired and even added, I wonder how Much longer this is going to remain an issue? We are now 9 weeks and counting for this issue, and that was since I first reported it after a month of nothing being done from phone calls to duke by myself and others in the neighborhood. We have had other lights repaired in the area, new lights installed, and even crosswalk lights installed and repaired. This light is appreciated by most that live in this subdivision and not having is poses a traffic concern for all that live here, as mentioned in a previous post.
