I went to the encampment and waited for the occupant to return. After waiting for a while, I inspected the tent and discovered it to be abandoned. This was evident by the rip on one side of the tent and the amount of foliage inside. He has probably moved into one of the homeless shelters to avoid the cold weather. This is good news. Finding an abandoned tent is better than finding a dead body.
