This case was closed because (reportedly) the grass was less than 10" tall. It is now a week later, please see attached photo where grass is clearly over 10" high. Also, gate to side yard is broken and hanging loose, and there is yard debris present. Please open a new case for overgrowth, property maintenance and yard debris.
