The status of this issue has not yet been changed from "Open" to "Acknowledged" by anyone in our Parks Department. This issue was just opened today; however, on the subject of "Acknowledging" issues reported on SeeClickFix, our Parks Department is lagging behind all other departments.
Yes, I actually keep track of that kind of stuff. There are numerous issues which were reported more than a year ago, but have remained untouched. Some of the ignored issues are now more than 3 years old.
Tommy, I agree. At times they respond but often not. I seem to recall a halfhearted attempt at improving this a few months ago but if it started it did not last. A shame, because this is one of the departments that could benefit most from citizen reports.

Somehow, our Parks department hasn't acknowledged some of the issues reported on their turf.
