Nope, not heavy use on Friday - they were this full early THURSDAY morning. See my https://seeclickfix.com/issues/6694434. I’m not sure if this is a Parks issue or a Public Works issue or are poor communication between the two issue, but it is an ongoing problem. It’s so frustrating to keep reporting the same issues with no systemic resolutions by the city. What’s the point of SCF? It’s proving to be less and less effective in making meaningful change.
