Description

I understand the city has spent alot of money to clean up and advertise the Blue Flag beaches in Toronto that are safe for swimming...how about safe from outrageous numbers of PARTY goers.. on the beach...this is worse than Wasaga beach on most Saturdays...

they arrive at around noon with there coolers FULL....and dont leave until last boat or after...some spend the night camping ..which is also not allowed....add to this the numerous bon fires on the beach..also illegal... and the BLARING music from the boats that moor and join them...

all i have ever seen the police do in their big expensive boats is drive by .. slow down and keep going...

alcohol is flying everywhere....they walk in the water with beer bottles and other bottled cooler drinks as well as aluminum cans which i have found in the water...and we all know how sharp and easy they are to crush...try stepping on one in our so called pristine beaches...

and speaking of pristine beaches...i have enclosed just a few pictures from my sunday outing to the beach after ANOTHER night of drunken partying.. apparently condoned by the police with their oblivious actions to what is happening...

the BEACH.... if you cud still call it that.. is completely littered with garbage and 90% of it is beer cans or alcohol related...DISGUSTING to say the least...families spend alot of money to park, take the ferry, and whatever else just to get to the island to see this???
