This was permitted by DPW and the curb cut expanded to the allowable 16' for small apartment complex under Curb Cut permit #19-281508.

Thanks for the information. There have been a number of unpermitted curb cut expansions in the neighborhood and also many unpermitted expansions of paved parking pads. This degrades the livability of the neighborhood in many ways. Thanks for keeping an eye on this project and making sure they aren't abusing the process.
