Along with other trash littered on this West Haven beach, we saw a hypodermic needle lying in the sand along the tide line. Was this washed up from the LI Sound, or the result of drug users on the beach? Either way, CLEAN IT UP West Haven! My property taxes are outrageous, so I expect some of that money goes to keeping the city clean!
