Public Works street maintenance department's crew was filling potholes on otto Avenue at Stewart Street and they left a mess and pushed all the broken up asphalt onto the sidewalk Big chunks of asphalt, this is very disturbing they would do such a thing knowing that the handicap and pedestrians use the sidewalks.. this mess needs to be cleaned up
