This issue hasn’t been addressed as of yet. This large dead branch is located directly above lines crossing the street and if/when it falls it will take down the lines and pose and potentially significant safety hazard to residents, pedestrians and drivers.

While hard to see at first glance - this is a large broken branch hanging downward directly above power lines and should be removed ASAP.
