Besides the buildup of trash in the backyard the people living in this house are living in in-healthy sanitary conditions along with a very dangerous fire hazard on the second floor porch . The Board of Health along with the HFD needs to do and in house inspection of this property. I have seen the inside of the first floor apartment and it is deplorable .
