All walk / don't walk signal lights have not been fixed yet at this dangerous intersection since I first reported months ago . Maybe someone needs to get killed crossing there before action is taken .

Tennant's let trash build up on front and back area of property . No way out of second floor if there is a fire because back door is blocked with trash up to the porch railing . Not the first time that I have reported this . The Board of Health and DOFS need to do and in house inspection with an assist from the HPD and HFD.

Besides the buildup of trash in the backyard the people living in this house are living in in-healthy sanitary conditions along with a very dangerous fire hazard on the second floor porch . The Board of Health along with the HFD needs to do and in house inspection of this property. I have seen the inside of the first floor apartment and it is deplorable .

Failed to properly shovel front sidewalk after last storm now the area is all frozen over causing a safety hazard and forcing people to walk in the street .

This has been a recurring problem that I have reported on before . You cannot walk up if you had to the back stairs porch because of all the empty beer bottles .

Trash and garbage bags piled up on back porches of first and second floor where this morning the birds were having a field day picking away at them . There are skunks in the area maybe they will be stopping by also ..

This is not their first violation as I have reported this before .

Large buildup of assorted trash that covers nearly the entire first floor back porch real fire and safety hazard .

Loiters drinking , urinating and asking people for money from Sears Outlet store area down to Bamboo restaurant on a nightly basis HPD needs to crack down big time on these folks .

Another large tree limb broke off on the same tree that I reported on exactly a year ago when another limb broke off across the sidewalk and into the street . Even though it is on private property tree warden needs to re-inspect this tree before someone get hurt or killed.

Large tree down in the road just up the hill from Martin and West Glen .

A majority of the homeowners along this stretch of Northampton Street have cleared their sidewalks no its time for the DPW to clear the frozen snowbanks , some 3 feet tall , at the crossing areas along with clearing the storm drains .

Looks like a car missed a turn and partially took out a Do Not Enter sign , which 99 % of drivers disreguard anyway , along with two stop signs at the K-Mart plaza entrance on Whiting Farm Road *

Do not block intersection sign and steel beam on sidewalk at Gilman and Northampton by cemetery wall as of 5.00 pm 21 September .

Sidewalk area needs patching up a women almost feel down the other day . Area right in front Holyoke Charter school and Blessed Sacrament island site.

Loiters who have been told to move on by the HPD at request of business owners at K-Mart plaza are now taken up a new spot at the former CVS store in the plaza.

Besides drinking in public along with being drunk they now feel they the right to urinate in public also.

Large tree limb broke off and fell across sidewalk and onto to street not the first time this has happened only this time by a mere of ten minutes it could or have caused me a serious injury or worse. My personal feeling is that the tree needs to come down for public safety.

Loiters on just about a nightly basis near Bamboo House Restaurant drinking alcohol time to put a stop to this.
