Description
There is feed for pigeons and other birds scattered almost every day near a tree just north of where streetcars enter Bathurst station. This should be cleaned up and disposed of, otherwise birds will continue to be attracted to the station, which already has a pigeon problem.

It does not appear that this problem is being dealt with on an ongoing basis. This is not something that calls for a one-time fix: the bird seed must be consistently removed whenever it has been scattered there and done quickly so that the person creating the problem realizes that it is not worthwhile to continue.
Again, is it the responsibility of the city because the problem is located in Anne & Ed Mirvish Park, or of the TTC because it is in front of Bathurst station and contributes to the pigeon problem in and around the station?
