Sharraxaadda

Multiple people parking on the street at the corner of Highpoint and Rockbridge, some regularly blocking the lane of traffic. It's obviously not for street parking based on the fact that there is a stop sign there. On another corner there's an obvious parking sign to allow for setback. This intersection is dangerous to both vehicles and pedestrians as the corner is difficult to see around.
