Weeds on a vacant lot at Ellen Rd and the Boulevard.
It is the intersection of Ellen Road and the Boulevard SW corner in the the city of Richmond Virginia. Directly across from the Arthur Ashe Center on the Boulevard. There is a traffic signal and road signs posted naming the street. To tell a citizen you do not know where it is or you need an address is just ridiculous. I was using your SCF program. City Hall and some of the employees just continue to amaze me.
The correct address is 3100 N. Boulevard

Sidewalk is buckled causing a major trip hazard. Please repair so pedestrians do not trip and fall here.
Thank you for your communication with Richmond City Government online. Your request was received however in order for the request to be forwarded to the Department of Public Works we would need the address, or the block/intersection for the location of this sidewalk that is buckled. This is needed so that a request can be keyed so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Please provide us with this needed information. We appreciate your communication that helps us in “Building The Best Richmond” together.
