Douglynn Ln is worst street in city due to residents being too cheap to pay for a real street so they force their neighbors on Snowshoe, Boxwood, and Winthrop to pay for the wear and tear that Douglynn residents put on neighboring streets because they refuse to drive on their own street. City needs to either make Douglynn residents pay for upgrading their own street or else assess them for using the neighboring streets. Plus city dump trucks are also ruining the neighboring streets while hauling gravel to patch up that death trap on Douglynn.
