PW ( 815) cleaned storm drain on 9/13/2017.

There is a tree blocking the drain. Not sure how it was cleaned with a huge stump blocking the drain. Issue has not been resolved.

The cleaning you reported must have been at a different location. This issue has not been resolved. The wall and drained pipe are ripped from side/under road and tree still in pieces.

Culvert pipe is sticking up at 90 degree angle and the stump is blocking the ditch. Head wall is broken. Another rain event could cause the road to be undermined.

Can you give us an update on this? Several weeks ago a group was working on this, but just left in a bigger mess than what was there already. Left a chain around the pipe, took a bunch of 2x4's out of their truck and left on my property?! Just would like an update with an approx time line. The fix attempts to this city easement pipeline have left my yard a mess and have ruined several camellia and gardenia bushes I had planted on my property. Thanks!

Layed 2 joints of 30 inch concrete pipe and back filled and add rip rap. - (B.D) 11/28/17
