Please take this dog from the home as the owners are not taking care of it. Seems to be left out roaming for days at a time. Always hungry and going into others yards.

My kids have even taken her back to her owner they was told not to bring her back .soon they got home here the dog came back we even chained her to a tree in his yard again he let her off stating he didn't want her anymore
