I have a question, if you can't park on the odd side during a ban, then why doesn't the plow clear that side. They always plow in the even side on this street and never touch the odd. Especially with the severe parking issues we have here, we now have no where to park but on our lawns because the street isn't properly cleaned. The city a also NEVER enforces the ban, at the very least maybe a ticket so people adhere the ban next time.
