A toilet has been left on the sidewalk in front of 179 Bradley Street. It's been there for about 5 days. In addition to picking this up, is there a way for the city to get the message to landlords that this is not proper protocol? Large items abandoned on the sidewalk is an ongoing problem on Bradley Street. Thank you.
