From 37 Burwell street and all the way around the corner to 15 Chester Street isn't shoveled from the snow 3 days earlier. These homes do not shovel ever and the sidewalks are always icy. They aren't maintaining their homes.
The City needs to address this issue bc it's now a safety issue!!!!

Yes that is true. It's a small 2 family house with like 15 cars I mean come on. There are lots of children living in that house. The question is where are all those children sleeping!
And they are running a rug business (Empire Today) out of the garage storing rugs piled up in that cold dirty floor of the garage, bringing them outside in the snow to cut them them piling them in their trucks to put them in someone's house who payed an arm leg and a foot for them. Absolutely disgusting. I SURE hope the CITY of NEW HAVEN takes action and does something about it!
