I just saw some guy from traffic leaving pamphlets in the cara around here, when I asked him, he said it was snow related information. If the city has the blue lights in downtown, the phone and email notices, the news and whatever else, shouldn't my hard earned money be spent in other things instead of fully colored pamphlets! Toni Harp should be more careful with my money
