I've reported the massive flooding at Whalley and Norton before, nothing ever gets done. They post "We visited the site and found nothing," because they visit the site 5 days after the rain stops. This is especially treacherous in the winter when the flooding turns into an iced-over pond. New Haven wants to be walkable, and push mass transit, but we can't even safely get to the bus stop or walk our own city. What a JOKE.
