The security camera on rear of Betsy Ross School needs to be supplemented with an extra camera aimed at the Second St. dead-end, to stop the increase of illegal activity here. The school already has the security camera system; the city merely needs to add an extra camera--preferably with a min. of 4Mbps (4096kbps) of video data per second, for distance-clarity.
