Sharraxaadda

I live on Dwight St. in New Haven, next to the Courtyard Marriott hotel. Their dumpsters are behind the hotel, directly outside of my apartment windows. The hotel uses a private trash pick up service (All-American Waste) that comes approximately 5 days a week, usually anytime between the hours of 4 and 6 AM (and sometimes even earlier). The truck is quite loud - it picks up the dumpster, flips it onto the top of the truck, and then crashes it back down, waking me and my roommates up every time it comes - and is thus in clear violation of the city's Noise Ordinance policies. I have tried to discuss this issue with a manager at the Marriott, but the issue has continued for over two months.
