Wires (looks like coax cable) are down between curb and sidewalk near residences and parked cars

Because they may be touching a live wire and you were not sure if they were cable or not this should have been called in to Dept of Public Safety 203 946-6316. I called after reading this which was 6 hours after it was posted.

Thanks for that helpful comment. They were coax cables, not electric. And no, there was no current in them.
