Dear JRM and neighbors,
It was very distressing to see this post because members from FERP, the Friends of East Rock Park, cleaned illegally dumped materials from this VERY path on Saturday. We also filled bags and bags of litter dumped elsewhere. Thanks go out to John, Ranger Dan, David, Roger, Peter and Mike who joined me on Saturday. Additional thanks go out to Jim who joined me just today to go out and clean up the crap that someone chucked in the area around the Cold Spring stairway pictured in this post.
