The sidewalks on the west side of Whitney between Canner and Highland need some attention. There are a lot of potholes and several spots where tree roots or other things have caused the sidewalk to jut up abruptly by >9 inches. No reasonable person could go over something that high with anything on wheels, be it a wheelchair, stroller or bicycle.
