The right-of-way along Irvine Ave from the crossover to Summit Ave has overhanging buckthorn, vines, tall weeds obstructing visibility and narrowing the already narrow roadway. The City does not maintain this right-of-way. Property belongs to Summit Ave addresses that extend to Irvine.
