I have heard back from Elizabeth Stiffler. She stated that the City will not install this type of sign unless it is an extreme situation. Because this is an isolated case, she will not be taking any further action. Thank you.

Actually, this is not an isolated case. This happens pretty regularly during the rush hour times (morning and evening). I'm not the original poster of the idea, and think a sign would be very helpful.
