Description

I saw a little kid's foot fall in this the other day. This is complete negligence by building owner Olympia Properties.

City Hall please assist. This has been here for years now.

I ALWAYS walk around this grate because it feels very unsafe and I'm always afraid it's going to collapse. This is definitely a tripping and safety hazard that needs to be addressed before someone gets seriously hurt.

We were interested in alleviating the "safety hazard". Permanent fix will involve more but we'll follow up.
