Both lids on our large beige trash dumpster in the alley behind our 3rd Ave S townhouses for our residents are cracked in half and need to be replaced or a new dumpster needs to be ordered. Every time it rains the trash dumpster fills with water and soaks the trash and makes the smell in our alley even worse.
