Building has been abandoned for weeks with a mattress on the front porch and homeless sleeping on the mattress every night. Where are the police roaming our neighborhood? We have way too many homeless on our street lately cracked out, the convenience store being burglarized, homeless roaming like Dawn of the Dead, people in wheelchairs pushing themselves backwards down the middle of the street and now this? Come on! Where is the landlord's concerns for their neighbors? T's disrespectful! Board up the apartments so no one can enter and keep the vagrants away from our street and neighborhood. This is getting old very quickly St Pete!!!

Overgrown vegetation, property maintenance issues, broken glass, clothing and items strung all over the front porch, abandoned household goods, and unkempt yard and dead tree about to fall over into the street on 3rd Ave S. Too many violations and only one picture allowed to upload in this app.

Two dead palm trees inside black metal barrels have been sitting in front of this property for almost a year now. The property owner needs to remove these from site. It looks awful across from the new Hermitage Luxury Apts. The property owner should take better care of the curb appeal of his/her building. Those barrels are now used as trash cans out front. Not very nice!

3 Street lights out in front of the Mahaffey theater and behind the large fountain on the waterfront. Please repair for safety reasons. Why isn't someone checking these at night?

Two street lights burned out in a row in front of the Dali and Mahaffey theater. It's pretty dark on this corner and could pose a safety hazard for visitors and local residents as you can't see the sidewalk very well.

Sidewalk sections (2) need to have concrete poured and connect the other sidewalk blocks. This has been in this condition for awhile now and could be a trip or safety hazard and city held financially responsible. Please fix for nighttime joggers and families with strollers.

The Daystar clients are constantly sleeping overnight on the front patio outside. We do not need this in our neighborhood. It is not good for safety reasons, home values, or for sanitary reasons as they throw their trash on our streets and use the surrounding areas and bushes as outdoor toilets. This has to stop. We need Daystar to start doing their part as a good neighbor and have this building patrolled at night. It is not fair to the residents living on this street who work hard for a living trying to create a safe and inviting community.

3rd Ave S Townhomes - Dumpster in back alley behind addresses 614-630 3rd Ave South Townhomes.
  • Both lids on our large beige trash dumpster in the alley behind our 3rd Ave S townhouses for our residents are cracked in half and need to be replaced or a new dumpster needs to be ordered. Every time it rains the trash dumpster fills with water and soaks the trash and makes the smell in our alley even worse.

Please come trim this tree on 6th Street S sidewalk in front of the abandoned bank. The branches are so low it poked me in my eye and has hurt others walking on the sidewalk. Hazardous. Thank you!
