Three (3) abandoned bikes are chained to a parking lot sign. They have been there for over 2 months and pieces are slowly being stolen and/or broken off. I would recommend the city donate the bikes to Oaks & Spokes or another community bike organization, as opposed to trashing them. They are deteriorating quickly.
